Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to purchases of CMMC ReadySuite.

Digital product / immediate performance. CMMC ReadySuite is a digital software service. Performance begins immediately when access is provisioned, the Service becomes available to you, or digital materials/templates/exports are delivered.

• All sales are final once performance begins, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
• We may refuse refund requests if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or other manipulative behavior, to the extent permitted by law.

How to request a refund (if eligible). If your transaction was processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, you may be asked to submit requests through Paddle’s buyer support portal, or via the support link in your receipt, or by contacting us and we will route you appropriately.
